What people usually hand us
A door that won't latch and a towel bar hanging by one screw aren't worth a day off work on their own, so they sit there. Then the caulk around the tub goes grey as well, and it's a list.
Write the list out (photos help) and we'll quote it together. Bigger carpentry, like a fence repair or a pergola, can go on the same visit if it fits, or it gets its own day.
One thing we ask: put everything on the list, even the job you think is too small to mention. It's usually five minutes once we're there, and a second trip otherwise.
