Furniture assembly
Anything that arrived flat. Tall pieces get strapped to the wall so they can't tip.
Outdoor assembly
Playsets, trampolines, sheds, basketball hoops and gazebo kits, built level and staked or bolted down.
Fitness equipment assembly
Treadmills, racks and cable machines. Racks get bolted to the slab, and every treadmill runs at speed before we leave.
Picture hanging
Hung level and fixed into something that will hold it: art, heavy mirrors, shelves, curtain rods, blinds.
Interior painting
One room at a time, with the holes filled and the edges cut in by hand. Whole houses we leave to painting crews.
Drywall repair
The doorknob hole, patched and textured until you can't find it.
Appliance installation
Dishwashers, microwaves, washers and dryers, hooked up to what's already there.

The price you agree to is the price you pay. If a job turns out bigger than it looked (walls hide things), you hear about it and say yes or no before any extra work starts.
Every technician is background-checked and carries their own liability insurance. They bring their own tools and clean up after themselves.
And if something isn't right when we're done, tell us. Another technician comes out and finishes it properly.

The quote comes with the first openings we have. If you can be flexible about the day or the time, say so when you book; it often gets you in sooner.

No. Leaks, faucets, toilets, light fixtures, fans and outlets need a licensed plumber or electrician. We'll tell you when a job on your list crosses that line.
The tools, always. Materials depend on the job: some people already have the curtain rod they want sitting in the closet, others would rather we pick one up. Either way it's on the quote before anything is bought.
